The memory block looked great, however, I found that the colour was quite faded and not as bright as I thought it would come out on the block, but other than that it was a great gift.

The first one arrived very promptly, I was not 100% satisfied with the cropping & editing needed to fit it to the size of the block. Without question they redid it, sent me a proof image by email for me to approve. Once I was happy they made a second one without any cost to me. Very good service indeed. I have mistakenly ordered the wrong size, I thought I was ordering the smaller one similar to the ones I ordered in your store in Sydney. I ordered the medium because I remembered in the store you had a very small size.
Never the less the finished product is beautiful, will have a dilemma where to display it because it is a little larger. The package was delayed at the
Saudi customes for a few days but have finall received it today.

I ordered two blocks : one is perfect while the other one dinted on the corner (even though they wrapped with bubble wraps). The finished product was really lovely. The order process was easy & dispatch was very quick. I did opt for express delivery but the item was not received by me on time because it was around Easter but the problem was that you can't opt to have the item left at the property for delivery, as a signature is requested by the dispatcher. I would have otherwise received my item which was a gift, on time. I find this frustrating as in the end receipt by me was pushed out, so I paid express delivery for nothing & I had to pick up from the post office after Easter. Please review your process & allow the recipient to nominate if they are happy to have the item left if not at home, at their own risk.

I loved the job you did. But just a warning, my photo blocks were hanging out of the package when I picked it up from the Post Office. As I live in North Queensland I don't know if the glue gave way but the seal was opened all the way across. Luckily it was so well wrapped in bubble wrap that my photos were not damaged in any way. I just thought you ought to know.
