I have just received my replacement images as the first ones the quality wasn’t great and the replacements are not any better. Very disappointing considering the cost. I won’t be printing pictures through memory block again.

Have used memory block for a few years now. Have printed wedding photos and 2x newborn shoots. I waited until a 2 for 1 sale which was a better price. One came printed damaged, customer service was quick to reply and replaced it for me and posted out ASAP. Packaged well. 2 have fallen off the wall with the magnets supplied and became damaged. My last ones I used the 3m Velcro tags and no issues there.
My experience overall was good. The final product was perfect and my friend absolutely loved it. My only feedback is that I waited a long time to get the preview of the block (just shy of two weeks) which ultimately delayed how long it took to be delivered and because of that I needed to change the delivery address.
