Shipping Policy

We ship to Australia and New Zealand with Australia Post. For other countries, email us for a shipping quote before you order.

Delivery times

Each order is printed by hand, so please allow time for production before dispatch. Delivery times start from dispatch and depend on your address.

Regional and remote areas can take longer. Express delivery is not available to every address. Delivery times are estimates from Australia Post and are not guaranteed, especially during busy periods such as Christmas.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Standard shipping is free on Australian orders over $75.

Click & collect

Click & collect is available from selected Memory Block shops. The available shops are listed at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready. Please wait for that email before coming in.

Tracking

We will email you a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Problems with delivery

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, email info@memoryblock.com.au with your order number. We are responsible for your order until it is delivered. See our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or it was not collected from the post office, we may charge the cost of sending it again.
