Thank you for delivering on time as promised - you went over and above to make sure of that - I received a call to say that 2 of the photos sent would fit better on rectangular blocks (which was what I had thought but chose I had a special deal which was four squares). I was very happy to pay $20 difference - but tied up at work didn’t transfer it - I was impressed to receive a phone call and then also a follow up call so the process could be completed speedily. I am very impressed with the Customer Service that is offered by them. I had ordered 5 large blocks. All were in excellent condition except one. The edge of Pinewood was damaged. I emailed them with the photos of the Block in question and with 2 working days I got a response from them that they are replacing that block FOC.
Now that is what customer satisfaction is all about. I do not have any reservations in highly recommending them to anyone who wants to save precious memories in a unique and decorative way. They stand by their product. I would definitely order again.

I made a last minute decision to order the blocks for my hubby's birthday and was worried they weren't going to arrive on time.
